Not complying with this policy may be considered misconduct. It may result in a breach of our employment Code of Conduct. To escalate specific WHS matters contact:
People working in our business have work health and safety obligations to themselves and their work colleagues.
- comply with instructions given for work health and safety
- use any provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and be properly trained in how to use it
- not willfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for work health and safety at the workplace
- not willfully place others at risk
- not willfully injure themselves.

Accident and Injury Reporting from – Client Sites
We require our employees and contractors to report any injury or accident to us and the appropriate authority within the stipulated timeframes so that proper investigations can be carried out.
